To France Delivery to France, Andorra, and Monaco via Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Standard shipping for in-stock clothing takes 3 to 5 business days for metropolitan France. The customer assumes all risks once notified that the package is available for collection. In the event of a lost package after this notification, the responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. If the package is lost during its return to the sender because the recipient failed to pick it up, Suzel cannot be held liable, and the recipient must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordering helps limit overproduction and thereby reduces clothing waste. It is a more responsible and environmentally friendly way to consume. It allows us to produce our garments based on your actual needs.

Shipping times are indicated on the product page for each pre-order item. Generally, a pre-ordered piece takes 3 to 5 weeks to arrive at your door from the launch date of the pre-order.

Meanwhile, you will receive email updates informing you of your pre-order's progress. Please be sure to check your spam folder.

If you wish to order both in-stock products and pre-order items, we highly recommend placing two separate orders for faster delivery. Otherwise, your entire order will only be shipped once all items become available.
