Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. Once your request is approved, you may send the products back to us for a full refund, which includes the initial shipping costs. Simply submit your request on our website or contact us by email at sav@suzelparis.com. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

Exchange requests must also be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Prior to returning any item, an exchange request must be submitted and approved by our team. If the exchanged item is still not suitable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. A store credit may be offered as an alternative. In the event of a second exchange instead of accepting store credit, additional shipping fees may apply.

Any return that has not been approved by us cannot be processed or refunded.

Returned or exchanged products must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging and be in perfect condition for resale (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and clean).

All returns or exchanges are carried out at the buyer's own risk. In the event of a lost package, Suzel cannot be held liable, and the buyer will bear the cost.

Refunds

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after we receive your package, to the original payment method used for the order, provided that the return conditions mentioned above are met. You will receive update emails throughout the processing of your request, as well as a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Sale Items

During sale periods, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies under the exact same conditions as any other online purchase. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the items to us. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
