SUZEL, whose registered office is located at 4 avenue de la Marne in Asnières-sur-Seine, acting as a data controller within the meaning of current regulations on the protection of personal data, attaches great importance to the protection and respect of your privacy.

This privacy policy (together with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and any other document referred to therein) aims to inform you, in accordance with Regulation No. 2016-679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "GDPR"), of our practices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of information that you may provide to us through our website https://www.suzelparis.com/ (hereinafter the "Site").

The purpose of this document is to inform you about the categories of personal data we may collect or hold about you, how we use it, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and the rights you have regarding your personal data.

This privacy policy applies to all services published by SUZEL that you use, particularly via the Site (excluding services provided and operated by third parties, in which case, the privacy policy of those third parties applies and not these provisions).

• Registration Data: Refers to the basic data required for your registration on the Site, specifically to enable you to place orders for our products. This data is provided directly by you when filling out the dedicated form. This data includes:

III - WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT REASONS DO WE TRANSMIT THIS DATA TO THEM?

Data transferred to authorities and/or public bodies:

In accordance with current regulations, your data may be transmitted to competent authorities upon request, including public bodies, judicial officers, public officials, and debt collection agencies, exclusively to meet legal obligations, as well as for the purpose of identifying the perpetrators of offenses committed on the internet.

Data transferred to third parties:

We work closely with third-party companies that may have access to your data, including our technical service providers (data processors) whom we use to operate and improve our services, particularly regarding data hosting, studies, analysis and statistics, the use of our Site and/or the proper functioning of the Site, and to provide necessary assistance to its users.

IV - HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Your data will not be kept beyond the time strictly necessary for the purposes pursued as stated in this privacy policy, in accordance with the GDPR.

In this regard, your data is kept:

• For the entire duration of your registration on our Site;

• In any event, for a period of 3 years from the suspension / termination of your account;

• For the legal duration of 13 months for cookies and other tracking technologies we use to optimize the use of our Site.

Your data is deleted when the retention periods expire. However, your data may be archived beyond the periods provided above for the defense of our legal interests and for the purposes of investigating, detecting, and prosecuting criminal offenses, with the sole aim of making your data available to the judicial authority if necessary.

Archiving means your data will no longer be accessible online but will be extracted and kept on a secure, independent medium.

V - ARE YOUR DATA TRANSFERRED, HOW, AND WHERE?

As a general rule, your data is securely hosted within the European Union and is not transferred outside the territory of the European Union.

However, in the event we need to transfer them (for example, to technical service providers) outside the European Union, we will always do so securely and in accordance with current regulations:
